The
Building

Claro; is located in an original 1,100 square meter Templar building, which has been meticulously restored, preserving its unique history. The building was erected in 1886 and housed the first industrial winery

in the German agricultural settlement of Sarona.

The
Kitchen

Claro’s kitchen travels through the Mediterranean countries and is presented in the relaxed Shmueli way. The farm-to-table menu is updated daily and is rich in vegetables and fruits, featuring seasonal products from the best local producers, promoting local industry and environmental responsibility.

Story

Claro; by chef Ran Shmueli,

one of Israel’s most respected chefs, together with operating chef Tal Feigenbaum, is more than a superb dining experience, it’s a place of entertainment with a warm atmosphere and good music. The “farm-to-table” menu, served from an open kitchen, features the finest local,

seasonal products.
